Which personal data we process

We only process the data that you provide to us yourself or that is necessary to deliver our services. Depending on your contact with us, this concerns:

  • First and last name

  • Company name and job title

  • Email address and telephone number

  • Data you fill in via our contact form or in correspondence

  • Technical data such as your IP address and browsing behavior, insofar as you give consent for this via cookies

For what purpose and on which legal basis

We process your data for the following purposes:

  • Contacting you in response to an inquiry or question

  • Issuing quotes and executing an agreement

  • Sending relevant communication about our services

  • Improving and securing our website

The legal bases for this are the execution of an agreement, our legitimate interest as a business, compliance with a legal obligation, or your consent.

How long we keep your data

We do not store your personal data longer than necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. We store data from a customer relationship for the duration of the agreement and thereafter as long as required by law, for example, for the seven-year tax retention obligation. We store data from prospects or inquiries for a maximum of two years after the last contact.

Sharing with third parties

We never sell your data to third parties. We only share data with parties that help us carry out our services. We enter into data processing agreements with these parties to ensure the protection of your data. Among others, we use:

  • Google Workspace for email and document storage

  • Make.com for automation between our systems

  • Our website partner (Framer) for hosting the website

Some of these parties process data outside the European Economic Area. In those cases, we ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place, such as the standard contractual clauses of the European Commission.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. In addition, you have the right to withdraw your consent, object to the processing, and the right to data portability. Would you like to make use of this? Please send a request to our email address. We will respond within four weeks.

Security

We take the protection of your data seriously and take appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent misuse, loss, and unauthorized access. If you have the impression that your data is not properly secured or if there are indications of misuse, please contact us.

Filing a complaint

If you do not agree with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) via autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.
