De Vries Trappen worked with an existing Qlik Sense environment for financial reporting that did not sufficiently meet the growing information needs of the organization. Additionally, employees relied on various manual Excel processes to collect, verify, and report sales information.
As a result, it took a lot of time to obtain up-to-date insights into sales trends, customer performance, and financial results.
Solution
QUIKK implemented a new Power BI environment and established a connection with Exact Online, making financial data automatically available for analysis and reporting.
Based on this, we developed interactive dashboards that provide insight into revenue, revenue per customer, trends, and developments over different periods. By making financial data centrally available, various manual Excel processes were fully automated.
Result
De Vries Trappen now has a single, central environment for financial reporting and management information.
